Team Members
At Jarrell Montessori, we believe that happy Teachers make happy students. That’s why we put a lot of value on creating an environment where our team feels supported, nurtured, and are given opportunities to grow, just like our students.
A Better Place to Work
Our priority is the safety and well-being of our students, but not at the expense of our team. We take pride in having a team that is excited to come into work every day. We’ve seen other teaching environments that take advantage of their team and trample on their eagerness to serve children. We never take our Teachers for granted.
We encourage continuous education and help our team attain their Montessori Credential. We have regular team meetings with lunch provided. Other benefits include paid medical/dental insurance, paid holidays, paid sick days, bonuses, and other incentives. Because we demand excellence and have high standards, our team enjoys higher pay than at competing businesses.
Our Smiles are for Real
Parents are often surprised (and relieved) at the smiles and friendliness our team exhibits at every moment throughout the day. Those smiles don’t go away when parents leave the room; they are genuine. The best part is that this means we get to focus on the growth of the children. When we ensure that we meet our team’s needs, they can devote their entire attention to cultivating a creative learning environment.
One of the benefits that Jarrell Montessori receives from having happy team is a low turnover rate. Our Teachers stay with us for a long time and grow with the company. Promotion opportunities are available, so Teachers can continue expanding their role and sphere of expertise.
